  3. How does booking a service on KaariLo work?

    Choose the service you need, select a nearby kaarigar, book and pay securely through the app, and get the service done. Payment is released to the kaarigar after completion.

  4. Why do I have to pay before the service starts?

    Your payment is made upfront for security, but it is not released immediately. KaariLo holds the payment securely and releases it to the kaarigar only after the service is completed. This protects both users and service professionals.

  5. Is my payment safe on KaariLo?

    Yes. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Your money remains protected until the service is completed successfully.

  6. What if the service is not completed or there is an issue?

    If a service is not completed or you face an issue, you can raise a concern through the app. Payment release may be delayed while the issue is reviewed.
