Welcome to KaariLo (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). KaariLo is an online platform that facilitates booking of local service professionals (“Kaarigars”) by users (“Users”).
01 Nature of the Platform
- • KaariLo is a technology-enabled service booking platform.
- • KaariLo does not provide services directly.
- • All services are provided by independent third-party service professionals (Kaarigars).
02 User Eligibility
- • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- • You are responsible for account confidentiality.
03 Booking & Service Delivery
Service availability, pricing, and timelines are determined by the Kaarigar. KaariLo does not guarantee service quality, timelines, or outcomes. Any agreement for service is strictly between the User and the Kaarigar.
04 Payments & Escrow
Users are required to pay upfront at the time of booking. Payment made by the User is held securely by KaariLo. The Kaarigar is paid only after the service is marked as completed.
05 Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after review. KaariLo reserves the right to deduct convenience or processing fees as outlined in our Refund Policy.
06 Limitation of Liability
KaariLo is not liable for service quality, damages, delays, or disputes between Users and Kaarigars. KaariLo’s liability shall not exceed the platform fee charged for the booking.
