Why Your Payment Is Held
Customer funds are held in escrow after payment — not released to you immediately. This protects both parties. Once the job is complete and rated, funds are released based on the outcome. This is not a delay; it is the security guarantee that makes customers trust the platform.
When You Get Paid
Payment is released after job completion and customer rating. A rating above the threshold triggers an immediate release. If the rating is lower, a verification window applies before settlement. Your payment timeline is predictable — plan your cash flow around it.
The Quality Rating Threshold
A customer rating above the required threshold means full payment, released instantly. A rating below the threshold does not result in an automatic deduction — it opens a dispute window where the customer must submit evidence.
Your Right to Appeal
If a deduction is made, you have a 48-hour window to submit your own counter-evidence — photos, messages, or documentation that contradicts the complaint. Appeals are independently reviewed. Wrongful deductions are fully reversed, and your payout is restored.
Deduction Tiers : What Triggers What
Minor issues result in a partial deduction. Significant quality failures result in a larger deduction. No-shows or damage cases result in a full hold on the payment. Each tier is guided by defined criteria based on the type and severity of the verified complaint.
Service Guarantee Fund : Damage Cases
If verified damage is caused during a service, the service is covered under the KaariLo Service Guarantee. This means the financial liability does not fall entirely on you in genuine accidents — but deliberate damage or negligence is treated differently and can result in account action.
Account Suspension Criteria
Repeated verified deductions, persistent low ratings, or confirmed no-shows without valid reason can result in account suspension. You will receive warnings before any suspension. The criteria are objective and you will always know where you stand on the platform.

Punctuality
Arrive on time for every confirmed booking. Repeated late arrivals are flagged on your profile.
Complete the Job
Do not leave a job partially done without explicit customer consent. Incomplete work is a disputable complaint category.
Professional Behaviour
Treat every customer with respect. Verbal aggression, harassment, or unprofessional conduct results in immediate review.
No Off-Platform Deals
Never negotiate payment directly outside the app. This violates the partner agreement and can result in permanent suspension.
Customer Property
Handle customer property with care. Damage caused during a job — whether accidental or not — will be reviewed and may result in deductions.
